CNB
   CONSULTING  Est 2017

Cameron founded CNB Consulting with the belief that the recruitment industry in the Golden Horseshoe needed an experienced, knowledgeable search firm that could identify and attract the right professionals while making the process an enjoyable one.

Cameron Bigford is the Founder of CNB Consulting, a premier search firm in Southern Ontario specializing in the placement of technical and management professionals. With eighteen years of experience in senior level recruiting, Cameron draws on an extensive network of reputable contacts and resources. In addition, he brings in-depth, firsthand knowledge of manufacturing processes, giving him a unique perspective that helps him identify and attract the right professional for each position.

Cameron has called the Niagara Region his home since childhood but the years spent in western Canada tree planting and working in the forestry industry has defined his work ethic and mannerisms. “Something about the job and the lifestyle breaks you apart as a person and puts you back together again. If you survive the enduring process you understand yourself better. You won’t lie to yourself about anything; you learn what behavior you will accept from yourself and others. You simply face up to the difficult, because complaining won’t change it, and it won’t go away. If you can plant trees, you can do anything.”

Cameron has been happily married to his wife, Stella, for eighteen years, and together they have two loving teenage children and two adopted puppies who keep him on his toes and on the road! Weekends are spent practising the art of bonsai, enjoying time with family and close friends, or playing hockey. Cameron loves living in Niagara and making the most of everything the region has to offer, from spending time outdoors to exploring its many wonderful culinary destinations.
