Cameron started CNB Consulting recognizing that the recruitment industry in the Golden Horseshoe is in need of a dedicated and energetic employee search firm that could provide the desired professional at an affordable cost.

Cameron Bigford is the Founder of CNB Consulting, a premier search firm in southern Ontario specializing in the placement of technical and management professionals. With over a decade of experience in senior level recruiting, Cameron draws upon his extensive pipeline of established contacts and resources. In addition Cameron brings in-depth, first hand knowledge of manufacturing processes that contribute to the success of discovering and attracting the exact professional for the job.

Cameron has called the Niagara Region his home since childhood but the years spent in western Canada tree planting and working in the forestry industry has defined his work ethic and mannerisms. “Something about the job and the lifestyle breaks you apart as a person and puts you back together again. If you survive the enduring process you understand yourself better. You won’t lie to yourself about anything; you learn what behavior you will accept from yourself and others. You simply face up to the difficult, because bitching won’t change it, and it won’t go away. If you can plant trees, you can do anything.”

Cameron has been happily married to his wife, Stella, for 12 years and they have two loving children along with their newly adopted puppy who keep him on his toes!  Weekends are spent bonsaiing, golfing, spending time with his close friends or playing hockey.  He loves living in Niagara and reveling in all the region has to offer from spending time outdoors to enjoying many of it's wonderful culinary destinations!
